American Bass 2 HAWK 1544 15 Car Subwoofers w/Cooling Ring

The American Bass HAWK 1544 15" 3000w Peak/1500w RMS Car Subwoofers w/Cooling Ring are designed to provide powerful and efficient bass performance. These subwoofers feature a heavy-duty die-cast basket with a metal red finish, a Kevlar fiber-added non-press paper cone with a textured finish, and a hi-roll high-density foam surround with red stitching.

The voice coil is a 3" hi-temp 4-layer copper wire on an aluminum bobbin, and the subwoofers have 4 pieces of black poly-cotton spiders with a mirror image layout spaced by a spider ring, with double-thick tinsel stitched on the spider. The subwoofers are powered by a triple-stacked 80oz strontium magnet system (240oz total) and a 1-piece tech T-yoke for maximum excursion.

The voice coil direct cooling design motor features a heat raptor, and the subwoofers come with a 10-gauge pure copper power cable for direct connecting. The subwoofers also feature a rubber gasket and a rubber magnet boot, and they have a dual 4-ohm impedance.

The HAWK 1544 subwoofers have an RMS power of 1500W and a maximum power of 3000W. The T/S parameters include an impedance of 2 ohms, an FS of 31.8 Hz, an SD of 80.4 m^2, a BL of 15.02 Tm, a Qms of 5.162, a Qes of 0.516, a Qts of 0.469, an EPB of 68 Hz, an SPLo of 88.2 dB, a Vas of 68.7 L, a Cms of 78.3 pm/N, an Mms of 321.5 g, an Mmd of 295.3 g, an Xmax of 15.5 mm, an Xmech of 44.5 mm, and an AGH of 14.0 mm.

The subwoofer dimensions are as follows: Diameter A: 395mm, Diameter B: 375mm, Diameter C: 350mm, Diameter D: 196mm, Depth E: 99mm, Depth F: 18mm, Depth G: 210mm, and Depth H: 246mm. The total volume displacement (Vd) of the subwoofers is 7.5 L.
